Job Responsibilities
✏️Provide round-the-clock nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/MICU.
✏️Maintain proper records of all medications and treatments given.
✏️Operate and maintain life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and defibrillators.
✏️Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members.
✏️Participate in ongoing training programs and skill development workshops.
✏️Stay updated with ICU nursing protocols and evidence-based practices.
