Contract: Casual work contract (temporary employment)
Job Duties
You will work in a new clothing warehouse handling online orders.
Your responsibilities include:
Picking clothes from shelves using a scanner.
Sorting clothing for shipment.
Returning clothes to shelves after customer returns.
Packing customer orders.
Scanning products using a handheld scanner (supports multiple languages).
Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
No previous warehouse experience is required. Training lasts only 1 day.
Salary Calculation
Hourly Rate: 27.55 PLN
200 hours/month ≈ 5,510 PLN
With overtime and performance bonuses, earnings can reach 7,200 PLN/month.
Performance Targets
New employees gradually increase productivity:
Day 1 – 50%
Day 2 – 70%
Day 3 – 90%
Day 4 onwards – 100%
Bonus
Extra 1 PLN/hour during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas.
Additional productivity bonus for exceeding targets.
100 PLN/month travel allowance if you live in your own accommodation (not company housing).
Accommodation
Company accommodation is available.
Cost: 830 PLN/month (utilities included).
Working Hours
Two shifts:
Morning: 04:00 – 14:45
Evening/Night: 16:00 – 02:45
Expect long shifts (around 10–11 hours including breaks).
