- Speak clearly, maintain a positive tone, and adapt your communication style based on the customer’s needs and level of understanding.
- Record important information from each call in the system to ensure a smooth handover or follow-up, if needed.
- Follow company scripts, procedures, and quality guidelines while striving to meet individual and team performance goals.
