Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide direct patient care based on individualized assessment and care plans.
✔️ Monitor patient condition, vital signs and report changes to the medical team.
✔️ Administer medications, treatments and injections as prescribed by physicians.
✔️ Assist in medical procedures and emergency response when required.
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and clinical activities.
✔️ Educate patients and families on health maintenance, post treatment care and medication.
✔️ Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
✔️ Collaborate with doctors, therapists and fellow nurses to deliver high quality care.
