Job Responsibilities:
✅ Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care and monitoring vital signs.
✅ Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
✅ Monitor patient progress and document nursing assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
✅ Educate patients and families on health management, post treatment care and preventive practices.
✅ Ensure infection control protocols and hospital safety policies are strictly followed.
✅ Assist during medical procedures and respond promptly to emergencies.
✅ Maintain up to date patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with hospital standards.
