Job Responsibilities:
✅ Provide direct patient care based on individualized assessment and care plans.
✅ Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms and medical history accurately.
✅ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
✅ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high quality patient outcomes.
✅ Educate patients and families on health conditions, care plans and post discharge instructions.
✅ Maintain infection control and patient safety according to hospital policies and best practices.
✅ Prepare patients for procedures and assist in diagnostic tests when required.
