Job Responsibilities:
✅Provide compassionate, patient centered care supporting patients physically and emotionally throughout their treatment journey.
✅Monitor vital signs, administer medications and assist in procedures as per the care plan and physician’s instructions.
✅Collaborate with doctors and the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment.
✅Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring safety and continuity of care.
✅Educate patients and families about treatment, recovery and self care after discharge.
✅Respond promptly to emergencies, using sound judgment and clinical skills.
