Job Responsibilities:
✅ Provide high quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital standards and physician instructions.
✅ Monitor, record and report patients conditions, vital signs and progress.
✅ Administer medications, treatments and injections as prescribed.
✅ Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and emergency situations.
✅ Ensure patient safety, comfort and emotional support at all times.
✅ Maintain accurate and up to date patient records and documentation.
✅ Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention and post treatment care.
✅ Follow infection control protocols, hygiene standards and hospital policies.
