Job Responsibilities:
✅ Provide high quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.
✅ Assess, monitor and record patients conditions, vital signs and progress.
✅ Administer medications, treatments and procedures safely and on time.
✅ Assist doctors during examinations, treatments and medical procedures.
✅ Educate patients and their families about health conditions, care plans and post treatment instructions.
✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
✅ Ensure infection control, hygiene and patient safety practices at all times.
