Job Responsibilities:
✅ Assess patients’ nutritional needs based on medical history, lifestyle and health goals.
✅ Develop personalized meal plans that promote optimal health and manage specific conditions
✅ Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, adjusting plans as needed.
✅ Provide nutrition education and counseling to individuals and groups.
✅ Collaborate with healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, and dietitians, to deliver integrated care.
✅ Stay updated on the latest nutrition research, dietary guidelines and clinical practices.
✅ Maintain accurate records of assessments, plans, and progress in line with healthcare standards.
