Job Responsibilities:
✅ Design, implement and evaluate nursing education programs aligned with hospital policies and evidence based practices.
✅ Provide ongoing training for nurses, including onboarding, skills refreshers and competency assessments.
✅ Create lesson plans, manuals and simulation scenarios to improve nursing knowledge and patient care techniques.
✅ Assess staff learning outcomes and provide feedback to support professional growth and compliance with standards.
✅ Ensure nursing education programs meet national and international regulatory standards.
✅ Guide staff in applying clinical best practices and act as a mentor in complex patient care situations.
✅ Work with department heads and HR to identify training needs and implement continuous learning initiatives.
