Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Medical Care:
Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries or illnesses.
Assess and treat minor injuries and illnesses on-site.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
Monitor and care for employees with chronic conditions or ongoing medical needs.
Health Promotion:
Develop and implement health promotion programs to improve employee wellness and prevent illness.
Conduct health screenings and assessments.
Provide education on topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and smoking cessation.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to promote a healthy work environment.
