Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition regularly.
Administer medications, IV fluids and injections as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during medical procedures, examinations and emergency care.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, including wound care and dressing changes.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform basic life support when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
