About the job role
- supervise and lead an exclusive team of nurses and support staff, ensuring that all asscocite are well-motivated, trained, and delivering quality care to orthopedic patients.
- Provide direct nursing care to planning, including assessment, patients, evaluation , and implementation.

Ensure even communication, timely updates, and clear clarification of procedures and care plans.

Be ready to manage critical situations and emergencies related to orthopedic injuries, fractures.
