Job Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare patients for dialysis treatment, including assessing vital signs and reviewing medical history.
✅ Operate and monitor dialysis machines to ensure safe and effective treatment.
✅ Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed by the nephrologist.
✅ Monitor patients during dialysis sessions for adverse reactions or complications and respond promptly.
✅ Educate patients and families on dialysis care, dietary restrictions, fluid management and home care routines.
✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatment outcomes and observations.
