Job Responsibilities:
✅ Set up and calibrate dialysis machines and related equipment before each session.
✅ Ensure all systems are functioning properly for safe and effective treatment.
✅ Prepare patients for dialysis by checking vital signs and inserting needles or catheters.
✅ Monitor patients throughout treatment for any adverse reactions or complications.
✅ Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis equipment according to infection control protocols.
✅ Perform regular safety checks and report any malfunctions.
✅ Educate patients about the dialysis process, aftercare, and lifestyle adjustments.
✅ Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
