Job Responsibilities:
✅Provide direct patient care based on individualized care plans, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting in procedures.
✅Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in coordination with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
✅Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
✅Monitor patient progress, report changes to the physician, and take appropriate nursing action when necessary.
✅Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and health maintenance.
✅Ensure infection control, patient safety, and adherence to clinical best practices at all times.
