The Draw Line Station Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining the draw line machines to ensure efficient production of wires, cables, or related materials according to company standards. The operator will ensure quality, safety and productivity by following standard operating procedures and addressing issues that arise during production.

Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Operate draw line station equipment in accordance with established procedures.
✔️ Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality and efficiency.
✔️ Perform routine inspections of machinery, tools and raw materials.
✔️ Ensure proper alignment, feeding and drawing of wire or material through the line.
✔️ Detect and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions; escalate issues to maintenance when required.
✔️ Maintain accurate records of production, downtime and quality checks.
✔️ Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, PPE usage and hazard reporting.
