Job Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare dialysis equipment and machines before each session
✅ Assess patient condition before, during and after dialysis
✅ Monitor vital signs and patient responses throughout treatment
✅ Administer prescribed medications related to dialysis care
✅ Handle and manage dialysis complications (hypotension, cramps, etc.)
✅ Maintain accurate treatment records and patient documentation
✅ Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
