About the Job Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily needs.
Observe, assess, and document patients’ conditions and promptly report changes to physicians.
Support doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
Develop and follow individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-hospital care.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of all nursing activities.
Ensure a safe and clean environment by following infection control and safety standards.
