Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition regularly.

• Administer medications, IV fluids and injections as prescribed by physicians.

• Assist doctors during medical procedures, examinations and emergency care.

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, including wound care and dressing changes.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform basic life support when required.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
